fsphost.com will be discontinued


Hello out there, bad news.

FSPHost.com will close its service on 31.10.2007. Please get your data from your account as it will be deleted then.

The FSPHost team is thanking you for using this free service.

In the past couple months the advertisements could not cover the server costs so we decided to make this step to close fsphost.com. Another reason is the lack of time as this is more a freetime project not our main job .. You will have noticed we are announcing fsphost.com v2 now for over one complete year but it is still not finished.

Sorry and thanks for the good time :-)

PS: http://xthost.info offers 30MB instant webspace (like fsphost) and http://dhost.info offers 100MB with PHP+MySQL

Aww, that's sad to hear. Anyway, thanks very much for the service, for the very very good service.

Don't know how I'll adjust to the new host but we'll manage.

I would like to ask you about how to get a account as it link to play gigantic maplestory as i went to http://www.giganticms.tk/ i created an account but i still cant know whether i created an account.and when i click the download page it say that i must login to download but the only thing available is register an account so if can reply me as soon as possible.

Thats very sad news indeed. Running a free service that is good and reliable is extremely painful, I should know. A lot of things like this end up this way. But I am proud to have been able to experience your service.

WOW, This comes as a surprise and I'm very sad to hear. I've used your site for quite a while now to host my pics on ebay and I have enjoyed the ease of using your site. It's a shame that you feel the need to shut it down. It will create a huge task for me to have to move litterally hundreds of pictures to another host. Have you considered charging a nominal fee to help cover your costs as opposed to closing down completely? I personally would gladly pay $5 a month for the service. I'm sure others would as well. Just a thought. What about the version2 you've been working on? Is that also going to be closed or never opened?

GGGRRR!!! I just typed a nice long comment which was a massive thank you with loads of nice words, but it decided not to take my comment!
Anyway, I'll summarize what I wrote...
This place has been more reliable than a site which you would have to pay for, and for that reason - it's amazing!
Shame you're going away, i didn't even notice there were advertisements on the site which would explain why you weren't getting your money back!
If only someone like google would make a site like this. After all, they give you 2GB of email storage, why can't they give you 250mb of webspace?!?! it's stupid!
Anyway, thanks again!

True. Google have 2GB for mail... It can be very intresting to have something like fsphost.

awww, is very sad to hear that!!
I used this website's host for about 4 or 5 months ago, and that is my first and very own website!!!
I LOVE fshost, but I know that this web host will close sooner or later =.=!!

Execuse me, my account is "nekori". I want to backup my data in "four.fsphost.com" site. I used FTP, I can see my files, but I can't get back my data.

Can you help me the backup my data? thx...>_
